The Gray Barn at Snake River Ranch offers the perfect setting for a Jackson Hole evening that blends Western authenticity with elevated hospitality.

Guests kick off the experience with a horse-drawn wagon ride, traveling through a scenic portion of Teton Village before turning onto a quiet dirt road that winds through a more secluded stretch of the ranch. It’s a gradual transition from the buzz of the village to the peaceful beauty of wide-open spaces — the perfect prelude to an unforgettable night.

At the barn, the setting comes alive with rustic charm. A roaming beer burro greets guests with ice-cold local brews and plenty of photo-worthy moments, while a whiskey tasting station invites guests to sip and savor regional and small-batch spirits.

Dinner features a chuckwagon-inspired feast, served fireside and family-style. The menu is hearty and elevated — open-flame grilled proteins, cast iron classics, ranch-style sides, and modern takes on frontier favorites, all prepared with a nod to Wyoming’s culinary roots.

As night falls, guests gather around a crackling bonfire, enjoying the soft glow of lantern light and starlit skies. A gourmet s’mores bar offers a playful, indulgent ending to the evening, complete with artisan chocolates, flavored marshmallows, and classic fixings.

Need to Know:

Site fee required for sites at the ranch. Tenting is highly recommended as the barn is not able to be used for shelter. Alcohol must be purchased by client but EdgeWyld can assist with creating the order and picking up.
